The project comprises three high-rise towers of up to 41 floors, forming a distinctive architectural ensemble on the western side of Moscow. The design concept was developed by the architectural bureau “Architectural Dialogue with the Metropolis” and is based on a refined interplay of materials and textures: natural white stone, dark brown and grey brickwork, and copper cassette panels that give the façades depth, rhythm, and a sophisticated visual identity.

The engineering solutions meet the highest standards of modern premium residential development, featuring smart home and smart apartment systems, an individual Zehnder-based air supply and climate control system, as well as high-speed elevator groups ensuring maximum comfort, efficiency, and convenience.

The project offers a wide variety of layout solutions, ranging from classic apartments to modern Euro-style configurations. All residences are delivered in a white-box finish, allowing for full customization of interior design concepts. Floor-to-ceiling panoramic glazing enhances natural light and spatial openness, while the upper floors host penthouses with views over Moscow City.

A signature feature of the development is the accessible rooftop space, designed as a panoramic viewing platform overlooking Poklonnaya Hill, complemented by dedicated leisure and relaxation areas.

The stylobate level integrates a full range of lifestyle infrastructure: lounge areas, coworking spaces, a fitness center, a children’s development center for 90 residents, cafés, and a supermarket. The underground level includes a two-level parking facility with 634 spaces and an on-site car wash.

The entire territory is fully secured and closed to outsiders. Access to residential buildings is controlled via a biometric system with fingerprint recognition, while vehicle entry to the parking is managed through automatic license plate recognition.

The landscaped courtyard spaces are designed as a natural extension of the living environment, featuring playgrounds with trampolines, swings, and slides, a private garden with walking paths, an amphitheater, and outdoor fitness zones. Additional amenities include a barbecue area, yoga platforms, a dedicated dog-walking zone, and bicycle paths with direct access to the river. Throughout the territory, Wi-Fi coverage and outdoor workstations with charging points are provided.

The residential complex is located in a prestigious district in western Moscow, adjacent to the Setun River valley, offering a rare balance between urban dynamism and natural surroundings.
