The residential quarter is a large-scale architectural development inspired by the atmosphere and aesthetic character of contemporary New York. The project creates a new urban destination where striking high-rise architecture, thoughtfully integrated infrastructure, and private residential spaces come together within a cohesive vision of modern city living.

The ensemble of buildings, ranging in height from 8 to 55 storeys, forms four private landscaped courtyards connected by a grand pedestrian boulevard and an exclusive waterfront promenade. The architectural concept was created by Kamen Architects, one of Moscow’s leading architectural practices, renowned for delivering distinctive and timeless urban landmarks. The lobby interiors have been designed by the internationally acclaimed Spanish studio of Jaime Beriestain, while the landscape concept has been developed by Arteza, a bureau recognized for creating premium public and residential environments.

The development offers a diverse collection of residences, ranging from traditional layouts to contemporary European-style floor plans with expansive open-plan living and dining areas. Homes are delivered either in shell-and-core condition or with a white-box finish, providing owners with complete freedom to create bespoke interior designs. Ceiling heights reach up to 3 metres, while floor-to-ceiling panoramic glazing maximizes natural light and showcases impressive city views.

The landscaped courtyards are entirely free from vehicle traffic and inaccessible to non-residents, creating a peaceful and secure environment. An underground parking facility ensures convenience for homeowners while preserving the courtyards exclusively for recreation, leisure, and family activities.

A private waterfront promenade, scenic walking routes, landscaped gardens, recreational spaces, and modern leisure areas establish a vibrant residential environment designed for everyday enjoyment. Ground-floor retail and service spaces will accommodate cafés, restaurants, boutiques, pharmacies, beauty salons, and a curated selection of lifestyle amenities, creating a true “city within a city” where everything residents need is just moments away.
