The business-class residential complex is composed of two towers rising 20 and 45 floors, constructed using monolithic brick technology. The architectural concept was developed by the renowned studio Kleinewelt Architekten. The façades are finished with clinker brick and feature floor-to-ceiling panoramic glazing in aluminum framing, creating a refined and contemporary architectural silhouette.
