A 13-storey landmark business center with full-height panoramic glazing, designed by the renowned architectural practice Cimailo Lyashenko & Partners, where every façade line reflects a precise balance of light, air, and prestige. The lobby, conceived by Natalia Belonogova’s design studio, sets the tone for the entire building — a space that feels closer to a contemporary gallery than a conventional office entrance.
The interior of the public areas is composed as a curated architectural environment: artworks, sculptural installations, chandeliers inspired by natural forms, solid wood benches, and stone-textured vases create a refined sense of modern, understated luxury. All furniture elements are custom-designed, reinforcing the project’s exclusivity and attention to detail. The double-height lobby integrates lounge areas, a café, and meeting rooms, offering a seamless rhythm between work, rest, and interaction. At ground level, a retail gallery with panoramic glazing forms a vibrant urban layer, combining boutiques, cafés, beauty salons, and premium service concepts in one cohesive space.
Office spaces range from efficient layouts starting at 53 sqm to full-floor configurations. The top, 13th floor features exclusive office units with private terraces — a rare typology of elevated workspace above the city. A structural grid of 8.4 × 8.4 meters, floor heights of 3.8 meters, and a depth of up to 18 meters ensure flexible planning solutions and excellent natural daylight penetration throughout the day. Floor-to-ceiling windows open onto views of the Moscow River, the Novospassky Monastery, and a landscaped inner courtyard.
The surrounding territory is designed as a complete urban ecosystem: green relaxation zones, outdoor work areas, pergolas, and table tennis courts create a balanced environment that supports both productivity and recovery. A two-level underground parking facility provides 175 spaces with electric vehicle charging stations, complemented by guest parking and dedicated taxi drop-off areas for maximum convenience.
Located in the Danilovsky District on the first line of the Moscow River, the project sits within the rapidly evolving Pavletsky business cluster — the second-largest business hub in the city after Moscow City. The area is undergoing active transformation with new residential developments and infrastructure upgrades, strengthening its status as a key investment and business destination. Pavletskaya metro station is approximately a 15-minute walk away, public transport stops are within 5 minutes, and the Garden Ring is just 1.4 km from the site, ensuring fast and efficient access to all major business districts of Moscow.
