Description

RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX “SVET” — ARCHITECTURE OF THE FUTURE WHERE FORM BECOMES EMOTION

Residential complex “SVET” is a 51-storey skyscraper rising 181 meters above the city, conceived as a bold architectural statement within a new urban landscape. The project is built using a brick-monolithic technology with ventilated façades finished in porcelain stoneware, and was developed in collaboration with the architectural bureau SPEECH.

The building’s futuristic silhouette is defined by a dynamic play of light and reflection — the façade quite literally “comes alive,” shifting its visual perception depending on the time of day, weather conditions, and viewing angle. This is not just a high-rise, but a visual landmark that generates its own atmosphere within the city.

Inside, the project offers a curated collection of residences: studios and 1–3 bedroom apartments. High ceilings starting from 3 meters and floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows amplify the sense of openness and natural light. Units are delivered in a shell-and-core condition, giving residents full freedom to design their own interior architecture. The engineering concept is enhanced with a smart home system, allowing access control and video surveillance via a mobile application.

The public spaces are designed as a fully immersive experience. The multimedia lobby features adaptive lighting and sound design that changes with seasons and time of day. The development also includes a shared infrastructure hub with office spaces, an event hall, and a private cinema.

The landscaped courtyard, designed by Wowhaus, is divided into six functional zones: an open-air amphitheatre, a sculpted landscape park with complex terrain, a children’s playground, and dedicated sports areas for calisthenics, table tennis, squash, and streetball. The territory functions as an extension of the city, yet with a controlled and curated quality of environment.

The location is Western Degunino, Dmitrovskoye Highway. The surrounding area offers a well-developed urban infrastructure: schools, kindergartens, medical centres, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés. Within a 10-minute walk lies the Pyotr Fyodorov Park.

Transport accessibility ensures a fast urban rhythm: “Seligerskaya” metro station is 10 minutes on foot, “Verkhnie Likhobory” is 15 minutes away. The city centre, including Red Square, can be reached in approximately 45 minutes by transport.

“SVET” is a project where architecture, light, and space operate as a unified system of experiences.
